I booked a taxi this morning at 7 30 for 9 30 I had a disabled grandparent and a dog they said it was fine we waited 30mins for them to tell us that they had got someone else earlier and we wouild after wait another 20 mins then they cancelled it without telling us so we was waiting for a hour outside in cold and snow they are normally very good
