I am a fully insured Psychodynamic therapist and NLP practitioner .I use Hypnotherapy to compliment my work as a practitioner .I Specialise in victims of trauma and sexual abuse and have worked with One in Four Charity .I work with depression, anxiety,work issues ,bereavement / loss and more . . I am passionate about my work as a mature therapist and are very motivated to get my clients where they need to be in order to move forward and have the life they deserve .Sometimes our past really impacts our present causing barriers which are not useful ,they can be caused by fear and can demonstrate unwanted self-defeating behaviours , poor self-esteem issues leading to poor relationships .Its good to be free of those defences that no longer serve us. I do get busy but I will call you back as quickly as possible I work with long-term and short term clients .
I work effectively online /remotely so distance doesn't become an issue .I seen Hypnotherapy clients and clients for CBT when needed at home .(North London ) My fees are £60- for 50 mins . I am happy to make contact should you wish to see where I can help you .
