Jon kindly responded to a request I'd made online, for help for an elderly gentleman who had to buy a new TVand couldn't get a picture. . we set a time and day and I got a courtesy call to say he was on his way. Jon patiently went through a host of old wires, aerial wires and remotes and got the TV working perfectly. He was very polite, clean and kind. We asked for cards and will definitely recommend him.
