Aiming to reduce the barriers to accessing support services for ADHD. We provide bespoke services to clients starting from just £25 p/w. With professional experience helping individuals from Corporate spheres top those who are really struggling with the day to day, I pride myself on the fantastic outcomes I have with those who choose to work with me.

While we work together you will:
- Reduce internal noise and negative internal narratives.
- Develop strategies and tool kits to address your particular challenges and frustrations
- Learn the skills and strategies to be more self sufficient for future self care (16 sessions approx)
- Learn how to identify, intervene and overcome unwanted emotions (Anger, Shame, Low self-esteem)
- A dedicated and passionate qualified, accredited and insured Coach top be with you every step of your journey.
- Get a focused and personalised support plan that can include multiple sessions p/w,
- Clinically approved exercises and worksheets through Quenza to keep the work up between sessions.
- 24/7 check in support for those times of worry
- A learning journey of mindfulness, meditation and well being.
- Guided learning about Neurology and how to work with yours to reduce the internal noise and unwanted emotions.

We offer flexible payment plans and will endeavour to ensure that you and those you care for are able to access the support you want.
