Highly recommend 🌟 Have used them previously for some electrical work, this time it was a complete central heating failure. Replaced our boiler at very short notice. Very knowledgeable about which new system to go for and gave us lots of options. Arrived exactly when they said they would and did a brilliant job, very neat and thorough. They even tidied up the pipes from the previous installation by another company who didn’t do a very good job. Any plumbing or electrical work I need in the future I will be calling them. A class - friendly efficient and most importantly honest. They came in and respected all the house rules as we had dogs.
The explained everything to us showed us how to use the app that was required to see how our solar panels were performing. We could have gone with one of the other firms that we had looked at however Rys was not salesy or pushy which swung our opinion from one of the cheaper options. All the lads were very polite and respectful. Rys as an absolute abundance of knowledge in his area and Ben who led the team on the house did so admirably and kept us well informed.
We also had some plumbing done which was undertaken swiftly and cleanly. We are glad to say there has been no issues however if there had been I am extremely confident that this firm would correct anything without complaint or question.

The first contact was Karl Garrett who was very helpful, very clear and listened to our needs and thoughts and responded positively and quickly. Karl was our point of contact throughout the process and continued to be helpful and precise. He is still in contact asking how the installation is now working.
