Service. My 90yr old housebound (due to Covid shielding) Dad broke his dentures. His usual dentist told him they weren’t doing any repairs but offered no alternative service. I found Alan (A ceramics)after an internet search of dental labs near to Dad. Living 87 miles away I wasn’t much use to Dad on a practical level. Alan responded to my email enquiry within minutes and was so understanding in acknowledging our dilemma. He later phoned me to tell that his wife would collect the denture and return them once repaired. Not only did Adele do this, she asked if he needed groceries and went shopping for him too. I cannot fault the communication and service provided. To know there are such caring and compassionate people out there is heartwarming. As Dad needs his denture to eat properly and speak it was a service that we needed with some urgency and expected it to be costly. It wasn’t. Repair was fairly priced but service was priceless.
