If they answered your emails. Had a damaged item sent they sent me a replacement that I didn’t ask for and I paid postage to send all items back even the one I didn’t ask for; sent email and nothing. I’ve rang them this morning have Proof of return and tracked that the parcel has been delivered back to them just hope they are a bit quicker with my refund More...

Took a while for delivery but in today's lockdown situation totally understandable. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from imperial rooms and yet again I'm amazed at the quality of the product for such little money! I don't think they can be beaten on price and quality. I've paid triple in the past with other companies and they don't come close to the quality of Imperial rooms . I can't recommend enough!! More...
