Wow what can we say !!! Michelle and her team made our special day perfect. The food was just as we asked for and absolutely fantastic - guests still talk about the feast she provided. Michelle served up a full roast dinner with 3 different choices of meat, Yorkshire puds and steaming gravy that was 5 star food in presentation and taste. There was also canapes, chocolate brownies with hot chocolate sauce, strawberries and cream and all of this in a field with a generator !!!!!! But apart from fantastic food it was the whole presentation and management of the day with drinks always flowing and perfect timing for everything,. Michelle made our day - cannot recommend her enough. More...
