I love this journey the course was good for me i spent a lot of time ankit sir, i like his behaviour very much. Iliked the food too, there was a lot of change in my diet, i just had a little problem with tea . Hatha teacher and ashtanga teacher gave me alot of strength and made my body more flexible. Iyenger and pranayama teacher gave me alot of new knowledge, i liked it very much he has a lot of ideas to teache. Anatomy teacher the teach very deeply so I can't understand anything And last over phillospy teacher is was great i want to his class in hindi. I am a person with little to no yoga experience. The training provided during this 200 TTC has given me the foundational knowledge to continue and advance my self practice, and confidently train others who are starting out on their yoga journey. I can't speak highly enough of the high calibre of instructors across all yoga mediums. Daily Hatha and Ashtanga practice prepared my body and enhanced my physicality whilst daily instruction in breathing, meditation, yogic philosophy, alignment, teaching techniques and anatomy has taken my practice to the next level. Every class worked in harmony for the ultimate beginners instructors course, and was also challenging for my classmates with more yoga experience due to learning correct alignment techniques which are not well taught in yoga drop in classes. I'm amazed at how much my mind and body has achieved! The accommodation was comfortable with all the required amenities ie hot water, electricity, bedding etc at exceptional value for money. The food was amazing- prepared fresh each meal with a good variety of dishes each time. The location is set back from the main road which gives a more peaceful experience than some of the other schools and also a nice view of the town and Ganges. The course organisers were incredibly helpful in arranging activities on Sundays and sharing with us their local knowledge and customs. I was only able to stay at 7 Chakras for three days, but even in that short amount of time this place made a deep impact on me. The people - both students and staff - absolutely made the experience. The setting and facilities are beautiful, but the generosity and openness with which I was greeted were what made me instantly wish I could stay for the full training. The teachers are deeply knowledgeable and patient, and I felt that I learned more from a few classes than I have in years of practicing yoga in the U.S. Not to mention the experience you gain from learning alongside students from all over the world. I had a really good time in 7 chakras. All of the staff is really kind and helpful. The bedroom is really good with a huge and comfortable king size bed. The YTTC was amazing, with an organized schedule and really knowledgeable teachers who are really professional and prepared to teach. They live what they teach and they are proud of their culture what is really inspiring. The food was delicious everyday, and it is another way to live the Indian culture. Beyond everything that I mentioned the school prepared several experiences to experiment the Indian culture, like traditional music shows, trips, rituals, ceremonies, temples... I had a great time and definitely recommend 7 Chakras to anyone seeking an immersive experience filled with learning and laughter. The program is a very fulfilling journey inward as well as a beautiful adventure outward. I had completed my YTTC 200 Hours in 7 Chakras yoga school. Really good experience learning from expert yoga teachers. If you are looking for a YTTC School in Rishikesh look no further: THIS IS THE SCHOOL! I have been practicing yoga for the last 5 years on and off and I wanted to complete a 200H YTTC to deepen my practice and knowledge, without many expectations. I was lucky enough to follow the recommendation of a dear friend that did the course here a few years back. It saved me a lot of time, because finding the right school can be a tough mission. So I hope to help you save some of your time too: - Teachers are so knowledgeable and humble. I have been learning so much from every single topic (Pranayama, Philosophy, Anatomy, Ashtanga, Hatha and Alignment and Teaching Methodology, Prenatal) in a very approachable, professional, encouraging and caring way from all of them. Some of my colleagues were already professional yoga teachers and many things taught were completely new to them (as to me). Absolutely heads up to Sonu Ji (Hatha, Alignment and Teacher Methodology teacher) that is by far the most passionate, patient and loving teacher I ever had the pleasure to meet and learn from, in my life! - Accommodation is humble, clean and well taken care of. Private bathroom, hot water and laundry room available. Any issues you might face will be sorted in a blink of an eye. The food is delicious and well prepared, served 3 times a day to boost your practice. Also if as a Western you ever feel like you need a break from Indian food, you have Mamma Mia Inn literally 1 minute away from the school, with the most tasty food deliciously cooked by really talented chefs and super affordable. - Management is ALWAYS available 24/7 for any enquiry or issue that you might have. And I really really want to highlight that this is before, during and after the course. They help me with accommodation after the graduation, visa issues, recommendations, transport, etc. I can openly say that 7 Chakras Yoga School Rishikesh is more than a school, is home. And the amazing people that run it are family to me now: Sandeep, Sanyeev, Ankit, Gopal and all the boys, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you guys have done for us. - Really positive environment during the whole month. It can get quite intense with the tight schedule and constant practice, but both students and management managed to create a real safe space where I can truly say I connected with so many pure souls that will be friends for life.
