I signed up for the Introduction to Strength Training course as I wanted to learn more about proper technique when lifting weights and how to build my own training plan. I loved that each workshop focused on a different move and element of strength training and we had a plan to work through in between sessions. We were a small group which made for a safe environment to learn and ask as many questions as we wanted. Liam explained and demonstrated everything really clearly and was always on hand to make sure we were safe. Completing the course has given me so much more confidence, not only in the gym, but in myself and I’m looking forward to putting everything I’ve learnt into practice! More...

I signed up on an 8 week plan with Liam with the aim of losing some weight before Christmas. Liam tailor made workouts for me to target areas of my body I was most concerned about and helped me change my eating habits to reduce my calorie intake. Just in those 8 weeks I noticed a massive difference in my silhouette and I felt healthier. The diet plan was so flexible that I didnt feel I had to deny myself treats and I could eat the same as the rest of the family on an evening. Now those habits have formed I hardly have to think about tracking calories. I would recommend Liam to everyone. I don't usually find exercise enjoyable but Liam makes the sessions fun and I really feel like I have achieved something by the end. Signed back up for PT this year. More...

I was advised to see a personal trainer by my physio after a spinal cord injury & surgery that left me bed bound and broken! I knew Liam from school so sent him a message and asked if he could have a look at me and give me a few pointers on how to stay safe while lifting. We started in August with really really light weights which was annoying for me but I understood I needed to take things easy and I had to listen to the expert. Since then we have increased the work and weight and maxed out in our last session to 170kg deadlift which was a 110kg increase from where we started! There’s been hard work and frustration all the way through for me and honestly without Liam there to keep me going and pushing me on I’m pretty sure I’d have quit multiple times when I’ve not seen the progress I’d hoped for. I already have my first sessions booked for next year and a strongman competition in March that with Liams help I’m going into ready and confident! More...

I can highly recommend the boot camp - From someone who dislikes any sort of exercise!! As a 46 year old I came to a point in my life where I just couldn’t loose weight and knew I needed to do something. My first ever message to Liam started with im extremely unfit over weight and have a bad back can you help!! This was 10 months ago. I now manage a PT session and 2 bootcamps nearly ever week. Im stronger, fitter and 2 stone down. My back has improved as my fitness has got better which is a huge bonus. Liam has listened to what I wanted out of my sessions and knows when to push me. Blasting the aircon on my face and singing to the very best of 2005 has not made me feel anymore awake (hence the protein, hazlenut latte).
