Great therapist, understanding and compassionate. Made me feel comfortable and relieved me of an addiction! I stopped smoking! Only after I realised I needed to be at threshold, as she said. I insisted on the first session despite being told if I’m not ready it may not work. It didn’t fully worked. I went away soul searching and after a month tried again and it worked!
