5 Star Valeting Solutions

Dangerous, do not use.
The company, HD Brand 1992 LTD trade as 5 Star Valet Solutions and cover a wide area, and just send randomers to do the jobs depending on location.
There were a few things I wasn't happy with regarding the service (from booking through to the valet itself) and contacted them requesting a partial refund. They agreed straight away and asked for my bank details to process it, which I provided, then I heard nothing so I chased, which is when they said they wouldn't provide the refund. So if the car had been at my home, they'd have my name, address and be able to identify my bank account. I've had to contact my bank to let them know.

They do not in any way behave profrssionally or like a legitimate company. I can't find them on TrustPilot and the only other place I can see reviews is on Google, which is unverified so the majority of them are clearly fake.
