I’ve been working with Jason and Chris for the last 10 weeks now on ways to change my mindset and reprogram the way I think about myself. It’s been such an amazing journey of self discovery and I am finding every day I get stronger and like who I am more and more. The little boggling doubts I used to harbour are becoming less and less and I walk with a sense of pride and purpose. I’ve quit smoking, joined a gym, changed my terrible diet and eating habits and I’ve even booked up to get my braces for my teeth (something I always dreamed but didn’t action). What I’ve learned on this journey is that I have the power to do anything I want to put the work into.
