I can highly recommend the Mens Sana ‘Healthy Mind’ programme. I have just completed the 13 weeks course and I have definitely benefited from a change in mind set and beliefs. I have completely changed the words I choose to help me in daily tasks and situations. Words are extremely powerful. I am definitely opting for a more creative lifestyle. Caroline has been extremely supportive and her visualisation techniques and positive affirmations are just some of the tools that are used to promote positivity. I love helping you be at your best! I love helping you to develop a positive mindset that supports you in achieving your goals and dreams, which includes removing the internal barriers that stop you from being successful, happy, and fulfilled in your life.

As a leader in business, I realised there was one important skill I wanted to develop in order to be more successful in helping others achieve success. That was the skill of coaching. Once I had discovered coaching I fell in love with it and decided to set up my own coaching and consultancy, helping individuals, teams, and businesses maximise their potential to be at their best.

If you are looking for a positive, encouraging, and challenging coach, that has a successful track record in helping others achieve positive personal and professional change - then you may want to work with me. The best way to learn if we are a good fit for each other, is to get in touch, as it is key to feel comfortable with your coach.

I can provide both, however, most of my coaching (which includes individual, group, and team coaching) is successfully delivered online.

As most of my coaching is online, this naturally keeps both of us safe but also provides continued access to me as a coach. If we are to meet 121, I can confirm that I regularly test using lateral flow test and I am now fully vaccinated for Covid-19. I would ask you to also confirm you are Covid free, to your best knowledge, so we keep each other safe.

This 12-week, online coaching programme, is the perfect opportunity to take time out for yourself, find your balance, and help you be at your best. The 60-minute sessions provide you with the space to develop your self-awareness, reflect and gain clarity, and take action on what's most important to you in your life.
The programme is supported by the Empowered-You workbook and journal, giving you the chance to revisit the course content, and the empowering coaching questions, in your own time, at your own pace.
This coaching programme is available as a 1-2-1 Personal Programme, or a Group Programme (max 10 clients). The Group Programme is a cost-effective way to experience the benefits of coaching and offers the additional benefit of peer support, connection, and encouragement, as you journey together.

This 12-week programme combines the power of Positive Intelligence coaching with specific coaching for increased confidence, personal effectiveness, and a positive mindset.
This is a great follow-on to the Empowered-You programme, providing you with even greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-management, to help you be at your best.
The programme brings in positive psychology and NLP, as well as daily and weekly meditations and visualisations, to help you achieve even greater balance, clarity, and calm in your life.

Sessions are 75 minutes each, delivered online, and supported by an Empowered-You workbook and journal, and the Positive Intelligence app, helping you to achieve long term positive change in your life.

This coaching programme is available as a 1-2-1 Personal Programme, or a Group Programme (max 10 clients). The Group Programme is a cost-effective way to experience the benefits of coaching and offers the additional benefit of peer support, connection, and encouragement, as you journey together.

This powerful 7-week coaching programme, which is delivered online, is also supported by the Positive Intelligence mobile app which provides daily support and tailored coaching to help you build your mental fitness and to work towards being at your best.

Mental Fitness (PQ) is the X-Factor in Performance & Happiness.
If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress.
If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. You’ll be happier and perform better.
To achieve lasting positive change, research shows that you need to build mental muscle - insight alone does not support lasting positive change.

Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).
A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all your “negativity” in the way they respond to challenges. Your “Sage” lives in an entirely different region of your brain and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action, helping you perform better, and feel happier.
