I’m only one week into a 9 week programme but already I would highly recommend for anyone looking to change their lifestyle, get fit and improve their overall outlook. Great team behind the concept who make you feel relaxed and comfortable from day 1. I’ve really enjoyed week one and although I’ve felt it, it’s made me feel good and more energised.
