It's rare that you find a company, especially in London, that you can truly trust. After my experience today with 3M Service Group, I think I've found it. I called the company for help with some worrying wiring/provide certification and was thoroughly impressed by Patrice and the team. From start to finish they were happy to help, worked to my tight timeframes and did a great job. Patrice, the electrician, had lots of experience and was very knowledgeable, but with the qualifications/certifications to back it up, which is rare. He did over and above the work we agreed, finshed the job with 24 hours of my call, and all for a very competitive price. 3M did the job (electrical safety certificates) I asked of them. I knew they wouldn't be able to do 3 in one day, but I won't hold that against them! They called and emailed me about any repair work that needed doing and, once I had approved, they just got on with it.
