Came out to fix a blocked kitchen exit drain. Super easy to book and communicate with. It was a gross job but it was dealt with efficiently and the guy was really friendly the whole time. I put in a request for a call-back and was contacted shortly afterwards. We arranged for someone to come out the next day and everything was fixed and back to normal with the same initial efficiency.

We had a problem which, when 3 Flow arrived, we learnt fell within the restriction of Southern Water, rather than us. Thank you to 3 Flow for being honest and not charging us for your time either.

Obtained several quotes, all from local companies, and the difference was quite staggering.

We were completely swayed by this company though who are head and shoulders above the others.

We needed a camera survey, of the drains, to be carrried as part of a house sale. Friendly chap came, showed us the situation on his screen and also provided us with a copy of his findings. Very helpful, thorough and, most importantly, we were comfortable with his demeanour. No hard sell.

Blocked manhole. Tried to rod it myself and promptly got the rod stuck, making the situation worse than when I started. Luckily there are men like this who can come and deal with it professionally and efficiently. Well done!

We called our landlord who, in turn, arranged for 3 Flow to come and help.
