Our daughters desktop computer that she has had for 8 years suddenly developed hardware and software problems including the dreaded black screen. We contacted David McCauley having found his 3D computer repair service website online and he responded immediately by asking us to leave the PC with him to see if it was worth repairing. Within 3 hours we had a response and David offered us a number of options for repair of the PC or disposal. His recommendation was that it was worth repairing and with a few modifications it would be as good as before and cost effective considering the cost of a similar replacement PC. We went with his recommendation and are absolutely delighted with the result. We had the repaired PC returned to us the next day. It is running as good as ever and with a few other modifications we are delighted overall with the job doing done. David was efficient, genuine, competitively priced and very professional in the way he dealt with this computer problem. I contacted David with an internet problem. Despite it being the weekend he responded a.s.a.p. With his guidance i was able to easily fix the problem. This is something i never would have worked out myself, but with Davids instruction it was so simple.Fast response, no jargon, speaks clearly so that ordinary people like my self can understand clearly.Great service.
