Our story began in 2003. Back then the owners of the current company, Sam & Lee, each embarked on a separate yet similar path which unbeknown to them would bring their unique skill-set and customer focussed business methods together some 16 years later.

Move went really well, absolutely a 5* job.
Well organised, helpful and arrived when they said they would, including phoning ahead to confirm actual arrival.
Able to deal with the unusual - among other things they moved a Grand Piano!

Between sam and lee we have 17 years experiance in all the services we offer

The people we meet the happyness achieved once we complete the goals set out .

What inspired you to start your own business?
Too achieve as much as i can in life and to challenge myself , i worked hard at every job , my last job got reconised by my boss and he retired and gave me an appotunity to start on my own , he helped me get started and here i am
Why should our clients choose you?
Our experiance in the business , free helpful advice even if the customers dont choose us , the service we offer and competitive prices we offer , we dont rip people off we try to gain work at minimum profit so the customer will always recommend us and thats worth more than an extra £100 here and there
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can provide a percentage of quotes online over pictures and video calls but we do like to quote most jobs in person so theres no extra charges needed to be made after the original quote goes in
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We try to keep staff to a bare minimum if and when possible , gloves and masks are worn by all members of staff at all times , any staff displaying symptoms of being unwell will be asked to stay at home .
Customers do not have to be present on most jobs if they wish , a safe distance is required at all times from all parties ,
We can also offer a sanitising clean for vunarable clients at a discounted fee if other services are booked .
Waste management
365 offer a cage tipper van service , the cage van is equivelent to a 16 yard skip
We load for you and sweep up so your house / garden looks like it did before the waste took over .
We also offer
Skip hire service with 4 yard skips right up to 14 yard skips ,
Council road permits arranged too.
Roll on roll off waste container bins
From 20 yards to 40 yards for your big projects.
House clearance service
Experts in house / garden / garage / loft clearances , we try to minimise peoples contents buy offering a percentage to charity and avoid landfil to reduce the costs of clearing customers houses , we can handle any size and ammount of clearance here at 365 facilities group ltd
Cleaning company
At 365 facilities we have a seperate in house cleaning company to manage all types of cleans , we come prepaired with all cleaning equipment and the correct amount of staff to get your house spik and span
