I first went to Natalie with debilitating back pain and I mean I was hunched over and could hardly walk. She took posture pictures and got straight on with fixing me! ! I’ve been attending regular appointments for the last few months and what a difference, I feel like my back is stronger and more stable and being a builder I don’t feel scared that every time I lift something heavy or twist funny, that my back will go again.
