Large gym, plenty of parking in a very accessible location.Good freeweights area, boxing rig and weigh machines as well as their 'X-Force' training machines (just a fancy negative training tool). Full 25m pool with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, which is normally pleasantly quiet.Staff are friendly and helpful and the one site cafe is brilliant, with macros for all their meals/shakes.Only downside is the price, it's very expensive compared to other local gyms, and they dont offer a rolling monthly contract. Big gym with a good variety of equipment, but can't help but feel it's a little dated. My visit was while visiting family as I am used to going to my local gym with the gym group which I love. The inclusion of the pool makes this gym another level but the machines and the cardio equipment seem dated, but they are still quality. So friendly for such a big gym! I joined last week, the facilities are excellent and so far the staff have been very approachable and friendly. The classes that I have tried have been great and the other members at the classes have been so welcoming and happy to recommend other classes they've enjoyed. Great place to work out at! Super friendly staff, extremely clean environment, fantastic pool (3 pools - one heated/jacuzzi style, one heated kids pool (that adults can go in to) and a large olympic sized swimming pool. Fantastic atmosphere - particularly the lighting which isn't too bright, and is atmospheric. Great selection of classes. An gym where all everyone at every level is welcome and made to feel at home. After trying out almost, every gym in the local area, 3-1-5 continues to exceed all the others. It has a huge free weights room, whilst also boastig wide variety of cardio machines and also weight machines. 3-1-5 also has the best, modern 'X-Force' machine which utilise the effects of the downwards/negative part to lifting weights.
