they are all polite and very good are also on time or always a bit earlier cars are always clean and tidy drivers are friendly and polite and have patience with my granddaughter taking time with her getting in and out

Was camping at santa pod for VW breakout and much to our disappointment the legendary pizza stall was not there this year, we were left hungry and trapped as we were unable to leave the camp without having to pay to get in again. .. So we decided to order from domino's... Only thing is the local domino's were unable to deliver to santa pod... We were near to giving up until we called 2020 cabs and they agreed to collect our pizza from domino's and bring it to the entrance of santa pod. We were so grateful we erupted with pure hunger-induced excitement when the taxi driver turned into the entrance, after being checked by security (by this time they were quite sure a rampage would take place) we got our pizza and sat on the field to feast and celebrate. Afterwards we walked back to the camp with the red pizza boxes and welcomed like hero's, all the while knowing it was 2020 cabs that made this possible. The taxi driver needs to be recognised and given a knighthood for carrying out such a fragile and complicated mission. 2020 cabs.... You saved our lives!! More...

To the legends at 2020 cabs , in my mad dash to get out of work for 10 pm last night my tablet managed to jump out of my bag and end up on the floor, mad panic this morning , to get a phone call to say the driver had found it and will bring it back to me at the start of his shift , thank you so much

Have bought my daughter home from work a few times now, friendly call handler, taxi is immaculate and the drivers have been punctual and friendly too. I use these a lot as I can’t walk far, they are punctual, competitive priced and have very good drivers. They are a new company and growing fast but I feel they can handle it and will not let their standards drop.

Me and my Son had such a pleasant experience being driven to and back from our destination this afternoon. I can highly recommend 2020 Cabs. The staff are very friendly and professional whilst being kind and welcoming. I wish every cab company would operate like 2020 cabs and i would also like to wish them all the best as their company grows. My parents and I used 2020 cabs for an airport run to Birmingham this month. Price was competitive and drivers were very nice and accommodating. We had Leighton as our driver and was really nice and friendly, helped with the bags and kept in touch as we landed to make sure he and his colleague were punctual.
