The room is excellent. Just right for a night to stay for a function at the hotel. Parking is not free. However, there is long stay multi-storey car park near by.

Very quiet hotel on quite a busy road. Paid parking out the front but we were able to park for free as we had afternoon tea booked. |The service was great and the tea was fantastic and plentiful. Free tea top ups too and a huge range of tea choices. |Happily prepared me a gluten free tea which was very tasty.|The restaurant was very very quiet...we didn't mind however I did think it was odd for a Sunday afternoon.|All in all we spent a great few hours here and would recommend.thank you. The hotel was in the right can walk to most places in Guildford. Didn’t like the £12.50 parking charge. The room was very and quiet cannot complain, did not use any of the other amenities on offer, maybe next time.

Room was extremely small.There was no lift although when I asked at the reception a porter was found to get the bags up to our room.

Attended a networking meeting here, nice room and food was great only downside was that there was no phone coverage as we were in the big conference room at the bottom of the hotel. I will be back.
