I was recommended 1st Choice Windows neLtd from several people who have used this company in the past and had all said positive things about them.
So it was no surprise that dealing with them lived up to the high regard.
From start to finish they accommodated my needs and were more than happy to discuss options and budget.
They were willing to work around access to property to fit the window and from Paul to the fitters it was a smooth and professional job.
I would therefore have no hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for any aspect of window or door work.

What a absolute delight in this day in age to find a company like this run by Paul and his team , I was provided a proper old school gentleman service from start to finish and nothing was a problem! infact we wanted bespoke bay windows made which no other company could supply or offer but 1st choice windows ne went above and beyond to supply design and install just what we wanted. The initial call by Paul put me at ease after we had 5 different companies out to quote all came in at different prices but Paul was very competitive with absolutely no pressure selling or tactics. Paul later provided detailed drawings of plans for us to consider which we obviously signed off to be made and as standard a small deposit was made to get the products made. Due to covid we were pleasantly surprised to receive a fitting day sooner than expected and bang on time Monday morning the fitters turned up. I would specifically like to mention the two lads Andy and Andrew who fitted our windows, what a delight to have 2 professional, courteous and polite workers in our home who worked hard every day for 5 days making sure everything was 100% and who swept and cleaned up everyday and took everything away THANKYOU!!
In summery i would definitely recommend and use this company again and again and it has renewed my trust that there really is genuine helpful companies out there who do what they say and provide a far superior service as in 1st choice windows and doors ne. More...
