would definitely recommend these guys. Arrived when said they would, were careful with our furniture was not thrown into van carefully placed,how these guys fit things in is brilliant. Crew we had were Carl ,Robert and I think Jason (sorry). Great guys and the boss Chris is really helpful and straight to the point, no upselling of his service, tell him what you want and that's it, even if we did have a few issues regarding our actual moving date. Reasons to book these guys Brilliant service, brilliant price (cheapest we could find) and great crew he has working for him. Didn't want to saw brilliant crew just would give them a big head . Superb Job!!! Gentlemen not only organised emergency van for us at the last minute but took care of every single item in the house. Moved everything in one go and patiently waited when we completed and received new keys. Super professional and PREPARED! I had 36 hours notice of moving property. Found these guys.. . . And im so glad i did! Absolutely fantastic service! I cannot praise them highly enough. Firstly, i called them at very short notice.. . . Not a problem! They arrived bang on time. 2 men, a Luton van, packaging etc. I thought id packed pretty well, but they wrapped my matress, bagged up my pillows and pretty much wrapped everything in padded covers, even my tiny tv, which i was going to bin.They charged me £40 per hour (but i believe they have a day rate) and my first thought was, theyll stretch it out.. . . But no.. . They were right on it, with smiley faces and great personalities too! Moving is so stressful, and as someone with disabilities, i was dredding it, but they took all of that stress away.The move was completed within 3 and a half hours and thats exactly what they charged me for! I was expecting to pay for the full hour.Im so impressed with their service, ive passed on their business card to the local council so their moving tenants have an oppertunity to use this company.If i could give them more than 5 stars, i would! I searched around the various local storage company and then came across Canford Magna Storage on Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole. From the moment I entered the place I was put at ease with the staff who work there, especially Fiona. She is very friendly and patient, answered all my questions, showed me all the various sizes until I found one perfect for me. I didn't feel I was pressured into making a decision there and then either. I did return and take the unit as not only were the staff really lovely but the price was right too. Fantastic! Excellent from start to finish. Received a very fair quote, along with different options at different costs. Informative without being pushy on the sale. Phone communication prior to move was excellent and despite opting for a 2 man option, 3 turned up on the day. 3 cheeky guys, but that helped reduce the stress on the day and kept everything light hearted (providing your fuelled them with coffee)!
