I warn against hastily trusting this company. I have been a patient of 1CosmeticGroup since April 2022. I had a consultation and during it Dr. Constantino Davide promised me great results. I underwent surgery on my upper and lower eyelids. The final effect after the surgery was not at all satisfactory. My eyes looked exactly the same as before. I developed a lack of trust in this company, I had another surgery more than a year after the first one. This surgery gave me the expected result and only now I am satisfied. Unfortunately, this doubled the costs.
Employees of this company accused me of incorrectly performed surgery, failure to follow postoperative recommendations and using the services of another clinic to perform corrections. I went to another clinic because I stopped trusting 1CosmeticGroup.
I do not recommend this company.

Mr Lukas as per your file, our clinical team advised you heavy drinking and staying up very late post eye surgery can have an effect on your outcome of the surgery. also Surgeon did advise you full results can take up to 2 years to be seen however we can see you went abroad post surgery and had another surgery with out telling the clinic and without the consent of current Surgeon. Mr Lukas its vital to follow the post care advise of the surgeon, 1 cosmetic Group will never put our patients safety at risk and the company have to follow the guide lines to meet the safety standards. however we are sorry you feel unhappy with the company but we cannot put our patients at risk

Do NOT use this company. My body has been RUINED by Dr Anna De Leo. Don’t go near them. I had to pay another £4.5K on top of the first £11k to get the job “fixed”. It’s just as bad now and the 1 Cosmetic aftercare was next to none. What’s more Dr Anna De Leo tried to make out that somehow I was the problem!

I had a breast surgery with 1 Cosmetic Group, and I am really happy that i chose to do it with this company. I really liked the service as I was really nervous about how it will go, the doctor was really professional and I was looked after every step of the procedure.
Highly recommend and I will definetely use them again.
