Was in need of some drawings and a planning application for an extension for disabled use. Ben was able to discuss different options to maximise the space to get full potential and make the project easy for the builders.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If they have good access to the loft from either ground or first floor dependant on propert type, then look in the loft to see if there is rnough headroom for a good space to be formed.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Firstly access to see if a loft conversion is achievable.
Second is to then look at proposed access to the loft.
Third is to then come up with a desing that fits the clients brief.
Fourth is to establish a finish and go through the design stage.
Once finalised then building regulation drawings need to be produced to allow for accurate building quotes, steel calculations and inspections.
