I contacted Land Refresh and I recieved a phone call from Oscar who showed exceptional professionalism during the intial call. Upon arrival he assisted professionally with all queries and promtly sent over a proposal the same day.
He communication was top teir from start to finish keeping me in the loop on the progress of works and even emailed timeline by day of works a week in advance re confirming everything.
The work was utterly fantastic, he was clean and tidy and made every effort to ensure i was completely happy.

Thank you Oscar and Aaron very respectful and professional- listened to what I wanted and all the rooms look fantastic. The touch up paint boxs with brushes you left with the actual paint used is a great touch - will definitely recommend your services.

Having decided that we wanted a complete change at home we went in search of a company who would look to take the care we wanted in the transformation of our home.

I came across Land Refresh who I was drawn to as a bespoke decorating company. However, what instantly impressed me was with how responsive Oscar was to my initial enquires. We organised a time to meet and Oscar took the time for a free consultation, going through each room and discussing exactly what we were hoping for so that he could give us a quotation. We were uncertain exactly how many rooms we would do initially and when the first very detailed quote came through Oscar had taken the time to break the project down into phases and sections so that we could build a plan that suited our needs. As we decided what we would be prioritising Oscar was responsive and proactive in an ongoing discussion to come up with a final plan. He replied swiftly and was very accommodating.

Once we confirmed the plan (a sitting room, two bedrooms and the hallway) Oscar came round again, he checked through colours (and was able to give helpful advice where we were still uncertain) and go through the rooms in detail. When work began, he was, as always, punctual, and organised. We handed over the key and as was outlined in the plan prep work began on all the walls. Due to work commitments neither of us could return till late in the evening but Oscar gave us a full update at the end of the day, so all was as expected when we popped home in the evening. They were again very punctual the next morning, keeping us updated with what would be completed that day. I was able to come in during the day and was so pleased with the attention to detail and the care being taken. Over the next three days the work was completed with continued dedication. It was clear the pride that was being taken in the painting and that it was important to the team that we were happy with every detail.

As the week came to an end, we organised a final walk through to take in the completed work and ensure that the details were as we hoped. On top of the beautiful finish, they had left a care package to ensure that we understood how to look after the surface. They had transformed our home.

Land Refresh is a truly bespoke service. As clients you feel looked after. They understand they are helping you create your home. We have already booked Land Refresh in to paint our exterior doors and will be looking to work with them again on the bathroom and kitchen.

I recently had Land Refresh recommended to me via an Interior Design Service for painting my newly renovated kitchen, living room and hallway.

The whole process of working with Land Refresh was professional from the beginning to the end.

To begin, an initial 30min consultation was arranged to provide a quotation for the work to be undertaken. Oscar arrived promptly and I described the work I was looking to undertake. I was still unsure of the colours I wanted, and also exactly when the kitchen/living room/hallway would require painting as it was still in the middle of a renovation.

Oscar drafted an online agreement/quote, and added optional extras for work I was thinking about conducting but unsure whether it would be ready in time. This was very simple and seamless (best in class for what I’ve used for tradesmen).

Once I knew when the renovation would be in a position to be painted, I got in touch with Oscar and we agreed a date. He stated that he would like to come round once more to decide on colours and the scope of work (I was due to go offshore shortly and he agreed to meet me on a Saturday which I was very grateful for). He updated the agreement that day and resent it for my approval.

Once this visit took place, I mobilised offshore and left Oscar with my keys to undertake the work while I was away for the next two weeks. He arrived promptly on time each day and gave reports (including photos) at the end of each day of what was completed, and what the plan was for the subsequent day. Upon completion, he sent me a very detailed narrated video with close up detail of what had been completed.

Upon my return I was delighted to see the quality of the job that was completed, there was exceptional detail paid to the finish. The place was left clean and tidy, where I was happy to see no paint on the new flooring anywhere.

In addition to the excellent service provided, Oscar also offered to come back to rectify any marks on the wall that were caused by the further work that was ongoing while I was away (work top installation, electrical & plumbing, etc). Also, I have a feature wall in the kitchen that I still haven’t decided what to do with. Oscar has kindly provided lots of inspiration/ideas with what I could do with this and will undertake this once I have decided.

In summary, I highly recommend Land Refresh. The price paid was very good for the degree of professionalism, quality of service and flexibility given.

I’d like to start off by declaring I’m an interior designer, we’ve worked with many decorators however this company has certainly outshined a few! From the moment I picked up the phone to discuss a project with Oscar I knew he was a genuine professional Oscar explained very clearly how they work, transparency is key when working with a tradesmen. Often your stung with unexpected costs! He visited the project site, turned up on time, explained his method of working and his plans to decorate a space. He sent a quote promptly and we agreed a price and time for the project to commence. The outcome??? AMAZING -we feel at BRIC we have found a gem of a decorator. His customer service is impeccable and of a first class rating! Would we work with him again?? ABSOLUTELY we’d be silly to let this one go! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Oscar and Land Refresh in relation to the work he undertook when painting my entire house.

Oscar and the team just finish our new Extension. Amazing ,Their attention to detail and cleanliness has blown us away.We have had some decorators in our time but never expect how good this would be.
