Helping people find their way again when they feel lost and not in control of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to make it my own and provide an authentic service that is fully based on my own values of integrity, trust and respect.

I am good at what I do and I get results! I have worked with various individuals with varying needs but they have all got where they wanted to through using my services.

Online only. It was important to me that I could offer a service that wasn't governed by location or indeed pandemics so that I could continue to offer consistency to me clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
N/A as work is only remote. For this reason my business is not restricted by Covid or any other pandemic that may arise. I can reach out worldwide which is what I wanted as I want to help as many people as possible reach their full potential and live their best life.

This services help individuals to live healthier and subsequently happier lives through making consistently small and incremental changes which lead to big transformations. Through looking at habits and working through mindset modules this process is very individualised. Improvements in health and fitness have a knock on effect into all other aspects of life such as self worth, focus, relationships and work.
