I would highly recommend 121 Home Improvements, I was extremely impressed with all the work undertaken by Francis and his team. A very prompt response to my first request with a fair quote. Initially I needed a very densely overgrown garden completely clearing down to the soil. This included removing all the stubborn deep tree roots and bushes together with a old shed and concrete base. This work was done efficiently with all the rubbish taken away and the area left tidy.
I was so impressed by the quality of the clearance task, I asked him to do subsequent jobs for me. Francis again gave me a fair price to refence the garden, remove the old patio and wall, put down a perfect patio, laying membrane and gravel to the remaining area. The total transformation was a credit to his hard work and that of his team. Francis is a gentleman true to his word and a pleasure to do business with. He is a perfectionist and with high standards of workmanship for every task he undertakes. Very quick response to my request on Bark. Francis provided a very fair quote, listed accurately all the work to be done on a written quote and started the work the following day. Work included, fence, tree and root removal, garden stripping, gravel and paving laying and erecting new fence. Nothing was too much trouble for Francis from start to finish.
