What do you love most about your job?
I meet a great variety of interesting people and delight in being able to help them with their technology problems. I might be setting up a PC in the morning and helping with WiFi, mobile devices and smart TVs in the afternoon, very varied but all focused on helping the customer get the best from their tech.
What inspired you to start your own business?
One of my responsibilities in my previous job was teaching a field sales force how to use computers so I was able to use that experience and my computer expertise to start my training and problem solving business in 1994.

I pride myself on maintaining good client communications, punctuality, accessibility and providing good value for money service. Mine is definitely not a 9 to 5 business!

I am able to access clients PCs remotely at their request with Windows 10/11 Quick Assist.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do a lateral flow test every morning, wear a mask on site if requested and sanitize my hands prior to and after touching clients machinery.
