Started working with Adam and Stephen during the first lockdown, they listened to my goals and sent out programmes and workouts for me to do at home. I was nervous but really excited to start at the gym when it opened up, and even as a newbie, they made me feel really comfortable and welcome in the gym from the beginning. All of the guys are really helpful, friendly and welcoming, and the classes are brilliant- such a great atmosphere. I was a nervous wreck about joining gym, Stephen and Adam couldn’t have been any more helpful and put me really at ease about coming along and every time you are greeted with a smile and a chat. They took the time to come and tell me at points that form was good which has really helped my confidence. The members in the gym are pretty amazing too, everyone is really friendly and helpful - one member spoke to me when he came in and I was working out and that in itself out me at ease and made me realise that this gym is a great place to be.
