How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Boxing is a beautiful sport and one of the hardest sports in the world. In order to enter the squared circle you need boxing knowledge and physical fitness. Whether your goals are to lose weight or gain weight or even just learning self defence we will devise a plan to help you get where you need to be.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I love boxing, always have and always will. Starting a business arount something you love means you never have to work another day in your life.
