What’s your signature dish?
Our Speciality foot long gourmet sausages are simply the best. Served as part of a high end BBQ they go down a treat.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are happy to discuss menus with clients and tailor them to suit the event, we can provide lots of different options just let us know where you would like us to start and we will create a menu to fit.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety, each day is different and we are lucky enough to travel the country catering at lots if different types of events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have run my own business for 20 years, starting with a simple burger van when I was just 20 years old. Since then my business has grown along with my experience.
