Front end client managers and staff are very professional and great when i have worked with them, however the overall business approach has been extremely corporate and acting of a business 100x their size! Contacted the OT practice regarding some housing adaptions we required for my wife's disability. Service was very swift whilst thorough and the OT who visited was extremely knowledgeable.

The OT Practice have been truly exceptional over the last few years. The team are very attentive and most importantly professional whilst showing true care and compassion. Would thoroughly recommend them.
