I have suffered from osteoarthritis for the last 10 years
I had to have a knee replacement after being diagnosed with grade 4 deterioration.
I didn’t want to have to keep taking medication .
Katie has helped me to introduce anti inflammatory foods into my daily diet which has been invaluable .
I am so much more mobile and my pain levels have dropped significantly .

I've spent the last 10 years working as a clinician within the NHS as a paramedic and advanced practitioner. The experience of working alongside many patients with health problems that could have been avoided or treated with nutrition and lifestyle changes, inspired Katie to move her medical expertise to health promotion, specialising in nutrition.

The aim throughout this process is to empower you to take control of your own health so that you can make decisions on a daily basis that benefit your body and wellbeing. We pair our medical expertise with a holistic approach to ensure we can optimise your health and have you feeling your best. No fad diets, no all or nothing mentality or short-term fixes.
