Not only is she a fantastic groomer, the fact she can come to us not only makes the experience so much better for Harper (our cockapoo) but also so much easier for me with having a baby. Having never needed the use of a dog groomer before I was slightly apprehensive especially as we have a Hungarian puli/pumi so not a well known breed in the UK. The fact that Rachel comes to your home was hugely important as our hound that needed Rachel's expertise is a shy rescue so we thought this would help her. Rachel has been nothing short of amazing, her first groom took over 2 hours yet she was caring, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly great with Ethel. She had researched the breed and what the grooming process would entail and is clearly passionate about grooming. We have used Rachel regularly and Ethel adores her, she is much happier with her coat and we wouldn't use anyone else. I can't recommend Rachel enough, 5 stars from us! More...
