Jack was amazing!! I have never used a personal trainer before and if I’m honest I dreaded the sessions at first however after them and for several days after I felt great - really motivated and stronger. Yes he pushes you but also recognises if you’re struggling a bit and changes the workout accordingly. I have had to have a break due to work commitments but will definitely be going back! At The Coaching Club we mix together the powers of science and fitness to create results. At TCC we believe that if we follow the science, the results will come. All TCC clients receive a comprehensive, tailored and personalised fitness programme, alongside nutrition support and programme (where necessary). Not only do we provide a fantastic out of hours service with our programmes, we also have the knowledge & motivation to push you in our 1 to 1 sessions.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams, determination and training and eating correctly will ensure you succeed. Unfortunately there are no shortcuts.... or everyone would look like they should be on Baywatch.
What do you love most about your job?
I am an outgoing and friendly guy, a people person you might say. So naturally I enjoy the fact that my job allows me to meet new people. I also love watching my clients progress, and whilst doing so, enjoying themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The fact that I could be my own boss, and I am in charge of my own future.
