Classic large Hog Roast, served with fresh rolls and homemade applesauce
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have set menus ready to go, which clients can adjust however they please! We can swap out any sides and customise menus to any dietary requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting behind the grill and seeing all the guests smiling with full bellies, that's the thrill.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like giving people real quality, good food. And I like working on my own schedule and being my own man.
