I am a level 3 personal trainer who specialises in weight loss, body composition, gaining lean muscle, general fitness and nutrition. I work from pure gym in Runcorn . I was also a infantry soldier in the army for 8 years so as you can imagine fitness has been a massive part of my life for some time.

OMG what a disgrace to PureGym!!! 😔😶🤐 First of: no WiFi for members and sport water refill machine???? Second: The equipment is outdated and some is missing and misplaced? ?? Just Websites
This is a great gym, generally very clean and tidy. Friendly staff and members, plenty of equipment all working too. The only criticism I have is that there no longer seems to be hand sanitizer provided and there are fewer cleaning stations to allow users to clean the equipment. Only other thing is clients hogging equipment while using their phones but that isn't the gyms fault. Been a member here for years and will be staying with them. More...

Clean and well maintained gym, friendly helpful staff. Good amount of space in the gym and a big studio, it has everything you need to complete your workout. Old and tired equipment. Maintenance seems to be an issue as machines are down for weeks at a time. Music sometimes far too loud, let's keep it ambient for everyone. Often flooded with newcomers taking up equipment as they use their free trial meaning dedicated paying members have to work around them even in early hours of the morning. People just do what they like in here and staff turn a blind eye. Nobody wiping down the equipment or being asked to put their weights back. Staff need to grow a pair! More...
