I was at a stage in my life where I was putting on weight and feeling demotivated. Nothing had changed in my lifestyle so I was very frustrated to understand my weight gain. I had toyed with the idea of getting some help and had reviewed Fiona’s site long before I plucked up the courage to get in touch. I’m so glad I did as Fiona’s down to earth, practical, compassionate and understanding approach was just what I needed. I’ve been having regular one on one sessions as well as joining in the weekly tennis session and circuit training. I’ve made more friends and am feeling more motivated than I have for years. I was initially worried that I would find the exercises too exhausting but Fiona tailors everything to each individual so will never ask you to do more than you are able. I’m pleased to say I’m losing weight, feeling energetic and look forward to each session whether it be one on one, circuits or tennis. This isn’t just about exercise it really is a full wellness group teaching people how to eat well, stay active and generally look after yourself. I can't recommend Fiona highly enough! More...

I have been working on my fitness with Fiona since the September. When I started I had just completed a course of physio for multiple issues with my left knee and needed to work on balance, strength and build leg muscle as I couldn't walk without pain and need low impact workouts. I have had weekly sessions with Fiona which are tailored to me and have never been the same twice - fun, motivational and effective. I now walk without a limp or pain and have lost weight too (a longer battle!). Highly recommended. More...

After going to Fiona once a week for a fitness session, when I moved away I was really missing it. Fiona suggested trying a Skype workout and I'm very glad I did. It's a great way to fit in exercising around work and looking after my daughter whilst still benefiting from Fiona's expertise. She incorporates a good range of exercises even though I have very little equipment and it is great to have her there to show me what to do and to encourage me to push myself. I'm really glad I can still access Fiona's support even from so far away. Thanks Fiona. More...

I thoroughly recommend Fiona for both her nutrition advice and for her great workouts (so good that I cancelled my gym membership! ).Fiona is very knowledgeable and motivational while setting realistic targets.As well as improving my overall fitness, my back has become stronger and I am able to do high-impact and certain abdominal exercises that I would never have done years ago.Her training sessions push me very hard, but she will adapt them at short notice if I am not feeling my best. I have been training with Fiona once a week for about two years now and no two sessions have ever been the same, lots of variety, lots of fun and tailored to suit me. More...

I attended a 5 SMART Ingredients cookery course (Spring) with Fiona. The food was simple, quick and easy to cook - exactly the sort of inspiration I needed for healthy meals I could do after work, as well as ideas for breakfast, lunch and smoothies. The course was great fun - lovely ladies, a bit of fizz and lots of giggles - but that aside, Fiona was very knowledgeable and has inspired me to change the way I eat. I will be booking a nutrition analysis session with Fiona, and am definitely booking more cookery courses. More...
