What do you love most about your job?
The creativity, taking a sponge cake and making it look stunning. Meeting lovely people and having the privilege to be a small part of a very exciting time in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There were too many cake businesses where the person you consulted with was not the person who baked or decorated your cake. We wanted to provide a more personal one-to-one service.
Why should our clients choose you?
Jules trained with the Head Patisserie Chef at Gleneagles. She is the one that designs, bakes and decorates your centre piece cake. From beginning to end you have one person dedicated to your special day.
