He came out when no-one else would, was there in the hour, and sorted it instantly. What do you love most about your job?
Fixing failing locks, providing better security, unlocking doors with no damage professionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide service to domestic customers as I had worked in a shop with a few national locksmith companies that really don't care about domestic customers and just want commercial work. The domestic customer is a large part of the locksmith market and to have large companies that don't want that smaller work only wanted the larger jobs was annoying to see that it was difficult for a customer to get a reliable honest locksmith to come and do the work for an honest price.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm honest and reliable. I have about 25 years of experience. I carry loads of stock on the van, so if a replacement lock is ever required, I have it and don't have to order it prior to doing the work. I cut keys from the back of the van and stock over 450 different key profiles, so 99% of the time can cut the required keys quickly and can show the customer that they work immediately.
