Andy turned up as planned. we walked around to show him the cameras already placed. He then said he could do the job for £850. We then looked outside as I wanted CCTV for front and back. Andy showed me a camera that he said would do the job and that we would need 3, later he said 2, the quote was now £1500, but didn't include the web-cams inside. I asked him to follow up with a quote for the inside in writing to support his £850 quote by word of mouth. I never heard from him again. More...

The company accommodated the importance of my position and I received an appointment for a consultation the following morning. Andy Kircher and the team arrived the day after in full PPE and completed the installation within the day. The level of customer service was professional and the product that was installed exceptional, not to mention the competitiveness of price. The high-resolution element of the HIK Vision cameras that were installed takes CCTV to a totally new level and if I am to be honest, one which I did not believe was achievable.
