Rozzy is a great trainer, very motivating and with great energy.
She makes an assessment at the very beginning and then takes the time to plan every session, but is flexible to adjust the plan if needed during a session.
Her sessions are always varied and I have so much energy afterwards!

We have been with Rozzy for over 6 months now. We are not people who naturally like to train so we were looking for a trainer who can motivate us and keep us interested in the training week after week. Rozzy fits the bill perfectly. She is well organised and comes prepared with exercises she has planned for us which she varies week on week which makes it interesting. Roz has helped hugely with my motivation to get active. I’ve been crashing a friend’s sessions for a couple of months due to ever-changing shift patterns, and she has been so flexible and accommodating.
And I’m certainly one to complain loudly about doing any exercise whatsoever, but even I tend to get caught up in Roz’s enthusiasm!
I’d wholeheartedly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who not only is great during the session, but keeps in touch throughout the week to help keep you on track!

After a lazy summer I wanted to find a great local trainer to get back into shape and I got lucky - Roz is brilliant. Prior to meeting up for the first session she sent me a questionnaire and asked me to keep a food diary so she could find out everything she needs to know, and plans the sessions accordingly. From there the sessions stepped up a notch every time to get the best out of me. As a result I feel great and will continue to see Roz for sure. I haven’t exercised for more than 6 months and was looking to get started with a personal trainer. My lesson was prepared to suit my needs and level of my fitness. Roz is a great PT! She is very knowledgeable on all aspects and has been great at customising sessions to get the most out of my workouts so I improve with every session. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through a consistent and varied training programme and by creating great relationships with my clients I can push them to a limit which is just hard enough to get the results they want. Through the right nutrition and training I help my clients achieve their goals. I am a real foodie and love sharing recipes with my clients and giving them new ideas of things to cook.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! The key is consistency. Being consistent with your training, diet, sleeping enough and recovering properly.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people feel great about themselves. For me exercise is essential not just for physical health but also mental health. It makes you feel amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to do something I was passionate about and pass my knowledge of exercise onto other people. I want to help people feel good in their own skin.
Why should our clients choose you?
I focus on the individuals needs and love creating great relationships with my clients to get the best out of them and help them progress. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. We only have 1 body. If we treat it with love and respect, it will love us right back!
