AVOID. Be aware: the food on your night will be very different from what you will try on your tasting day. For example, our starters were significantly smaller and our desserts were a lot less sophisticated. There were problems on the night itself: one of our guests had an allergic reaction to nuts in her dessert (despite a VERY clear allergy brief). Over the months that followed, despite trying to meet face to face, we were coldly and repeatedly directed to their lawyers. Regis was an incredible caterer to work with! They went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was catered perfectly. To be fully transparent, we did not choose them as they were the exclusive caterer to our wedding venue, but we loved them so much, and they made such a difference to our day(s). They catered breakfast and lunch the day-of as some of us stayed at the venue, as well as passed appetizers, main dinner, evening meal, and breakfast the day after the wedding. We had honestly not thought to pay too much attention to the food as wedding meals are usually ‘fine’, but the food was really amazing! As we were an international couple we had never tasted the food before the wedding, but Regis answered our many many (really very many) questions by email and phone before the day. We went through many versions of our menu and bar menu taking dietary restrictions into account. We ended up with a stunning menu that we loved, and both actually ate all of, as well as some beautiful passed appetizers, and they even made us some fruit pies instead of a cake which were delicious! Excellent Service and Food. Staff are very efficient and friendly. They done everything they could to ensure our day ran seamlessly and without fault. I cannot commend them enough for going out of their way to make our day extra special. All of our needs were catered for and we all had an amazing time! I was looking for someone to cater my son's wedding in Scotland. We are from the USA so after communicating with several different caterers in Scotland we choose Regis Banqueting because they were easy to communicate with, available, and had good reviews. I could not have been happier with them in every way. They were easy to communicate with, professional, personable, and the service and food was amazing. After searching for many wedding caterers in Glasgow. I stumbled upon Regis banqueting ltd, and I am glad that I did. Ryan and his staff were brilliant from the ideas to delivery on my daughters wedding, the food was exquisite and the price was just right, when I looked at his websites feedback and saw that his company catered for the stars I was a bit weary in contacting him, we were on a budget but Ryan soon put our minds at rest and gave us an amazing price.
