Called in to see Chris today, worked together a long time ago so already trusted that he knew his stuff. I’ve been suffering from a herniated disc in my lower lumbar region for a while now and with the nerve involvement it’s put my back out of alignment. I’ve been having regular physio but still been suffering so decided to make the trip out to Mold to see what he could recommend. He looked at my posture, functionality and flexibility then asked what exercises I’ve been given. He’s suggested some more exercises that should help with sorting out my alignment and help build core strength by working certain muscle groups that have been neglected.
