Prompt response, fast booking, attended on time and were mannerly and efficient. My only disappointment was that the carpet was left wetter than expected, and took until overnight to be completely dry.

I was going to hire Pro Carpet cleaners. Unfortunately I had to rearrange our date. Yet to be finalised. But I remain confident in their ability to make our carpet renewed.

Arrived at stated time and did a very good job- would certainly recommend them and use them again

They seemed to know what they were doing unfortunately some of the carpet was still stained but this was because it was not colour fast.

Customer service is on point. They haven't cleaned my carpets yet so I cannot comment on this yet. But first point of service is excellent.

They promised much and delivered nothing. The service was so unacceptable that they did not charge me. Be aware that the company accepts no responsibility for damage as their position is that the contract is between the customer and the individual doing the cleaning and not between the customer and the company. I would never use them again.

The company director spoke to you on the phone and you hung up before a resolution was found. We have tried on 3 separate occasions to contact you and you have ignored our calls.
