All dogs are hand dried, I NEVER use cabinet dryers.

First visit to Pretty Tails Dog Grooming and sure won’t be my last. Sara was really friendly and helpful took time and patience to gain Ollie’s confidence.
He’s an old nervous dog and Sara understood his needs and made him look 10 years younger ! He looks smells wonderful and looks handsome.

My dog Barley has visited Sara at Pretty Tails a couple of times now and I would highly recommend her!! Barley can be nervous of groomers but on the 2nd visit he practically pulled me to her front door and ran straight upstairs! Sara is calm and patient with him and he obviously loves her. There's nothing better then finishing a groom, the owner and dog loving it and coming back for more!
I love meeting new clients and their dogs, building a high trust level and giving the best service I can.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to start a business ever since I was a child. Caring for animals has always been my passion.
After 8.5 years in a full time management position, I though it was about time to change my career. So I got my City and Guilds dog grooming qualification and started Pretty Tails Dog Grooming.
