What do you love most about your job?
I love working with students to help them achieve their potential. I am so passionate about Mathematics, and I want to inspire students to learn more about it and its applications. When we teach students, we feel rewarded as we are not only helping them with exam preparations, but also giving them a stepping stone into their future, and careers. Students help us become inspired to do even better, and grow as professionals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Firstly, let me introduce myself; my name is Ayah Arab. As the Founder of Pi Tuition, I wanted to help students become more confident with mathematics. When I was a student, I felt un-unique, common and left out. I, therefore, learnt to work independently and nurture my studying skills to help me achieve an A* in A-level maths and a first in my Mathematics degree. More often than not, students have the right skills to excel in the subject but need guidance and support. I have been a private tutor for over 5 years, and have helped children achieve their target grades every single time. I understand that each student will earn differently, and at their own pace. I want to help aid their learning at school, and to harness their education by being confident in their own abilities.

Our tutors are highly skilled and knowledgable. All of our tutors hold first maths degrees and masters in maths. Our extensive knowledge and years of tutoring mean we are able to carry out our method of teaching, but also build from basic maths to more complex mathematical theorems. We know how to get those high grades, and achieve amazing results because we have done so ourselves!
Each tutor has a friendly and warm approach. We invest our time and efforts into getting to know our students, to understand areas of development, and method of learning. Each student feels valued and supported. Even from the first lesson, students have felt more confident in maths, and more empowered as an individual. We don’t just help students achieve results, we also work on their personal developments and prepare them for not just today but also the future.
We provide tailored learning, with progress updates and reports. To encourage all rounded learning, we also provide access to other subjects such as English, Science, and languages.
Private Maths tuition
We offer one to one tuition for students for KS1, KS2, KS3 and GCSE maths with one of our highly qualified tutors.
Classroom Maths Tuition
Classroom tuition will be done at our learning centre in Feltham Springwest Academy where each class will have a maximum number of 10 students. This will be every Saturday and will allow for students to engage with each other and tutors will be able to tailor the lesson to the student's needs.
